Tomato leaf question

Hi All,

I am first time gardner. Built new beds in april - filled with SFG mix (cow manure + mushroom compost + organic hummus + peatmoss + vermiculite).
I put tomato plants which were about 8-10 inches tall in april.
My tomato plants are about 3 - 4 feet tall now. They have been healthy (except for a few aphids). The leafs started curling on one - and in 2-3 days leafs on the other one also starting to curl.

Watering has been up and down mainly because of rains - sometimes it rains too much and sometimes nothing in a week. But I am waiting to see it wilt a little before i water (I have not watered in about 5-6 weeks now).

Can any one please tell me if I am doing something wrong. Is this a disease. I have 5 other tomato plants - so i am trying to figure out if I can prevent this on the rest.

Thanks and regards
G
