It's also very unlikely that the neighbor sprayed. First because the location of the affected foliage is protected and not near to neighbors, and second because my closes neighbors would never spray their grass.

I'm seeing this on every one of my 14 plants. I'm not sure if it's 2,4-D or all the rain they've had. They are setting lots of fruit and they don't seem to be abnormally shaped or anything.

I was wondering the same thing about my father in laws plants. He has light green blotches/dark green, grey blotches on his stems. His leaves look ok on most of his plants but about 1/2 of them look weird. They look wrinkly, sort of. His neighbor could have applied a weed killer to his lawn, I don't know. I wish I could post a picture to here from my android phone.

We live in southern NJ and we have been getting cool rainy weather here most of the spring.

No list of possible symptoms of overwatering?

That curling & twisting is herbicide damage. Likely 2,4-D. Could have been used anywhere in the vicinity, including down the block.
