Growing Tomatoes

help are my tomato plants dying

We just moved here this yr. my tomato plants stopped growing, leaves curling, very little foliage. I mixes coffee grounds in with top soil & a little peat moss when planted in may. i water once a week, have a raised bed with peppers & herbs that are doing great had to put tomatoes in the ground. live in zone 5 hbg PA thanks in advance for help.

Hate ot say it, but looks like some kind of herbicide damage. Was there any spraying done nearby? There are several threads on this subject. Your lower foliage looks good. Maybe if you remove some of the damaged branches it will force some new growth.

Agree with Ed - herbicide damage. It can be the drift from spraying by you or a neighbor up to 1/2 a mile away. Tomato plants are exceptionally susceptible to it.

It can also be brought in to the garden in mulch or compost added to the soil.

thanks, I will try cutting out some damaged branches hope for new growth, will update after I start picking nice juicy tomatoes :)
