Tomatoes aren't growing and are yellowing

I planted 6 varieties of tomatoes including cherry, heirloom, and this Early Girl. I bought them from Home Depot and planted them at the beginning of April. All of them flowered right away and at least 2 fruits per plant were produced but the plants haven't gotten any bigger than 2 feet tall for 8 weeks. There are no new flowers and now the leaves are starting to turn yellow. The plants get at least 4-6 hours of sun and I have a sprinkler set for 7am and 7pm to water for 15min.

I don't know what to do for them!

I think you have trained your tomatoes to grow shallow roots. Watering daily encourages shallow roots which means the plant is affected more by variations in soil moisture. In my garden during the heat of the summer, I water deeply every 4-5 days, early spring I may only water every 8-9 days and when the weather is moderatly warm (70-80 degrees F), about once a week.

Mulching heavily (to a depth of 6 - 8 inches) with compost, straw, hay, rotted leaves, grass clippings, even shredded paper or sheets of paper or cardboard helps maintain a consistent moisture level.

Also, they look like they might benefit from an application of balanced fertilizer, have you fed them?

This is happening to my tomatoes too. I planted a few varieties including Roma, Early Girl and Abe Lincoln. We have had a TON of rain in CT the past week and I hope that is the reason for the slow growth and yellow bottom leaves. I am just starting to see some fruits, but it is concerning to see so many yellow leaves at the bottom of the plant. I removed many of them and used an organic fertilizer. I hope this will be enough to get them to grow!

No taller than 2' for 8 weeks?? That's a long time. My thoughts go immediately to the root syatem as Betsy suggested, and they also might be rootbound. It almost seems like you have nothing to lose by digging up at least one of them and see what's going on. Loosen the roots, remove the yellow leaves, plant them deeper, and mulch heavy.

your raised bed/box seems to be about 6" empty. I would cut all the side shoot at the lower part, also cut all the yellow leaves and fill up the box with soil/compost . Add some granular fertilizer , mulch it and water.

Yellowing is an indication of lacking nutriens and/or two much watering.
