Crazy amount of Rain in NJ

I planted these guys a few weeks ago..prior to the monsoon like conditions of June.

Any thoughts on what this could be? Yellowish spots and a dark tinge to many of the leaves on the bottom half of the plant.

Overall plant has a yellow look to it

Fix the yellow color with some fertilizer or tomato food. Looks like lack of nitrogen.
