Yellowing of Tomato leaves and slow growth

The picture posted is a Bradley Heirloom Tomato. We are having an issue of leaves yellowing around the leaves, as is apparent in the photo. I have tested the soil, Potassium is high, Phosphorus is adequate to sufficient, as is the Nitrogen. PH is neutral to alkaline. We have had plenty of rain the last couple of weeks. This is the first I have tried growing this variety of Tomato, and the first time gardening in this location. Can any help me figure out what is causing the leaves to yellow?

The pic is about 35 minutes old, was too lazy to set the date on the camera.
