This is the first year i am growing tomatoes. They seem to be doing ok in terms of overall health - however I have some damage to leaf's and do not really know what it is. I think I have a mixture of insects and maybe a fungus/disease?. I picked up a bottle of bonaide 3 in 1 tomato and vegatable. I think it contains neem. I have being spraying daily for a few days and don't think there is any progress. Attached are some photos of leaf's I pinched off. I think some appeared eatem, There seems to be a very small web on one leaf? . Would love some input.

I planted them in sunlight. I assumed that they needed Direct sunlight. Not sure how I would remediate this. In terms of water.. there may have been a couple of days earlier in May when they were short of water when i was away - however they are now on a soaker hose

Is the sunburn a serious issue?

Larger plants can be damaged even though they've been outdoors and in the ground for quite some time. Things that cause such damage are low humidity and/or hot dry winds and/or high temperatures which followed a series of moderate days and/or dry soil and more.
