Is this a sucker to prune?

I'm outside every few days to prune all of the 'normal' suckers growing from the crotches, but two different varieties have what looks like a sucker growing from the cluster of blossoms.

The photo is an Isis Cherry, but it's also happening on my Black From Tula.

Should I cut off the leading growth after the blossoms, or is this something that I should let grow? I don't need any more main stems, I have 3-4 per plant from bottom suckers that I let grow.

(sorry for the sideways pic)

I wouldn't but it is your choice. If you have room for another plant and you decide to remove it why not root it for a free plant?

Should I cut off the leading growth after the blossoms,

I have seen that happen. The end of truss becomes like branch.
It is your choice. I would let it be there. It is not going to get real bog anyway. What you can do also is to pinch off its leading growth tip. This way you will have it contained.
