Tomato leaves - tie-dye effect

Newbie-gardener

I'm growing Tiny Tim tomatoes in my garden. They were started from seed & transplanted about 3 weeks ago. They were really thriving for awhile, getting bigger and greener everyday. I planted them in a nutrient rich soil and they get plenty of sun & water.

One plant started having a weird tie-dye effect on its leaves. The other plant is still doing really well and since they are facing similar conditions (same soil, same transplant date, same sun etc) I'm unsure what the other plant needs. I wish plants could tell me what they wanted!! It would make life so much easier!!

At first I wondered if it was sun scorch/not enough water but thought I'd reach out to my fellow gardeners. What say you?
