| First year growing a salsa garden (plus some extra peppers), was wondering if anyone would want to share some salsa recipes. Im growing Roma's, Jalapenos, Garden Salsa Peppers, Red Hot Cherry Peppers, Orange & Red Bell Peppers, and Tomatillos. Also, cilantro, basil, oregano, leaf parsley, and 2 types of mint (which probably won't be used). |

| G...it is funny you wrote this post. I was thinking about this yesterday! Here in Mexican country...there is plenty of Mexican food recipes. Many people eat pico de gallo...and call it salsa. It is a simple blend of tomato, onion, cilantro, peppers, salt and pepper. |
