Very nice and healthy looking plants. Enjoy your tomatoes. Dave

Sweet. I've already picked about a dozen or so blushing cherries in the last couple of days. Chadwick and Gardener's Delight. All hell is about to break loose in my garden.

How does this Sweet Million compare with say Sweet 100? I am looking for a more robust taste, and will sacrifice some sweetness and productivity if necessary.

I LOVE it! I remember thinking last year that perhaps I should grow SM exclusively as that's how much I liked it! (Instead, I am growing 14 different varieties this year.) I think the flavour is very similar to Sweet One Hundred, but that SM isn't so prone to splitting. Since a friend gave me a Sweet One Hundred plant, I can do a side-by-side taste test of them both when they are ripe, and report back. Cheers, Linda

I like SM over S100. But beware, it is a monster plant. I planted out April 1 and my plant is now 12 feet. It grew over the top of my 6 foot cage and back down to the ground. This is the first year for SM and I plan to give it twice as much space next year.

SM is a huge spawler... last year mine grew to 13 feet in a 6 foot tomato cage. It grew about 3 feet over the top and then bent over the top of the cage and then back to the ground. I, too, think they split less than the S100s, but they are not as sweet as the 100s. I plant mine for my kids, so the sweeter the better as far as they are concerned.

It is now on my grow list for next year. I always grew Sweet 100 and last year it really wasn't great, but I think that was because if the intense heat we had. Anyways, I didn't grow it this year b/c I wanted to try other cherries, but I think SM will be a definite for me.

If I remember right, aren't the Sweet Millions larger than the Sweet 100's? The actual tomato, I mean.
