I have a sinking feeling my Big Zebra, isn't ...

I would think by now if these plants were going to produce the nice big beefsteak tomatoes I normally get, they would be doing so. What I have are small round striped somethings. I imagine even when they get ripe there is going to be no way to identify what it is with any certainty, since there are several varieties out there that fit that description. Phooey! Oh, well, every year it's another adventure, and these plants are really prolific, so I hope we like the flavor! At least this year we are going to have a pretty decent harvest of lots of different colors (someday), with Cherokee Purple, KBX, ML, Lucky Cross, Yoders Yellow, Orange Oxheart, Bear Creek and whatever these turn out to be all having lots of greenies coming on, as opposed to last year losing everything but a couple of cherry plants to Gray Mold, so that's something to celebrate. Still, I'm going to miss the yumminess since BZ is one of my most favorites. Well, there's always next year, right?
Happy gardening to all,
Edie
