Should I pull out my heirloom tomatoes?

I am in the New Orleans, LA area and the temperature this week is in the high 90s.

I planted a few local varieties of heirlooms early April. They produced a ton a tomatoes for me. They are about 7 ft tall and look pretty healthy. They have a few flowers on them. I have not fed them in about a month.

Should I keep watering and feeding them or pull them up?

Will they continue to produce fruit?
