Abe Lincolns

I forget who but someone suggested in one of my posts last month that I leave Abe Lincolns off my seed list for next year.

I am quite impressed with the single plant I have growing now. The plentiful green fruit is much bigger than I expected. I have no reason at this point to think that my crop will disappoint.

Stay tuned...

There are about seven Abe Lincolns, aka Abraham Lincolns that are sold.

Which one are you referring to?

If you feel comfortable sharing your seed source that might help..

Just trying to help prevents some confusion on which one you are growing.

Agree that variants of A. Lincoln have been around for many decades. Most are an ok tomato, just not anything special when compared to hundreds of other varieties. They never developed a devoted fan club of groupies. :)

Don't know which Abe variety I have. Link to the seed packed is below. I just picked my first two today and they were both decent size.

Here is a link that might be useful: Ferry Morse Able Lincoln
