If I don't have a blight is it still safe to use the spray? Should I spray the whole plant or just the effected leaves? Is spraying the top of the leaves sufficient or should I spray the underside as well? I read sulphur isn't as effective in warm weather, how often should I re-apply?

Still safe? Probably but it all depends on the spray you bought and what the label says (same for application rates). Can you give us a name of the product? Does it have to be an organic fungicide? Personally my experience with sulfur based sprays is negative benefits.

General guideline - lightly mist the whole plant,focus primarily on the top of the leaf.

It's a Green Earth Garden Fungicide with 0.9% sulphur and after reading the instructions say to apply every 7 - 10 days... I guess there is something to instructions after all! ;)

What negative affects have you had with sulphur products Dave? Any recommendations for dealing with and minimizing the blight? If it actually blight...
