german queen When are they ripe

I have 1 qerman queen plant that has a few that are turning color.

My question is are these a red or pink fruit. They are a pink/orange color now and seem to be starting to get soft.

I am just now sure when they are ready to pick.

GQ is a light pink. You can pick them any time after color break and let them finish ripening on the kitchen counter.

German Queen is now on my "grow every year" list. The picture is of a couple of fruit that still have a day or two to go ripening on the counter. I pick them when they have a good blush all over.
