I have three raised beds, each of them have at least one tomato plant with septoria. One bed has four tomato plants.

I know not to compost the diseased plants or the parts that I'm removing daily. What else do I need to consider to lower my likelihood of having septoria again next year?

My yield has been ridiculously low and the tomatoes are smaller than expected.
