| Just thought i'd share my interesting experience: During the dinner with a few of my friends all of a sudden the Sungolds i picked 30 minutes earlier started tasting like puke! My first thought was that they got cooked by high temperatures the day before (104+). Later on we realised its only when you eat it just after you popped some cheese in your mouth. Not sure if its brix related or something else, but i was amazed how terrible they tasted when they interacted with camembert in our mouths. |

| LOL. I've had that with other fruit and cheese combos. Goat cheese and something. Some fruits go excellently with some cheeses (oh, apple and sharp cheddar, yum), but others are a disaster! I wonder if you added garlic to the mix if the combo would taste good again... |
