First ripe Big Beef

Enjoyed my first big beef today... probably could have used an extra day to ripen but I couldn't wait. Sliced it, sprinkled with salt, and shared it with my grandma. Yum.

Still waiting for my big green brandywines to start to blush! Can't wait to give them a try.
