Tomato stems getting dark spots, help please!

I'm growing in a soilless mix, Pro mix BX,, with added slow released ferts and a weekly fertilizing with 1/2 dose of FP. I have sprayed with Serenade, a cooper spray, even a mix of Clorox and water. In the last couple of days, we've had rain and cool temps after some very hot, humid temps. I'm finding this dark mottling on all the lower stems and branches. I've been removing diseased leaves and stems. My plants have fruit, but some of the stems are almost completely bent over and I think I should remove them and the tomatoes.
Should I give a dose of potassium in the form of potash, and I am wondering if I should just apply on the surface and water in ..any advice would be welcome. . I don't want to lose these plants. Didn't think it would happen with a soilless mix which I used before and never had this.
