Scarring where stem attached to Tomato?

There's this scab/scar like ring around the point where the stem is attached to the fruit. Is it similar to blossom end rot and is the tomato still good, or should I chuck it?

Brandon, what is the variety ?

I have some like that too on my Cherokee Purples. I felt them and it is hard , not rot. As long as it is not soft it should be fine .
Let us see how others think about it.

I have the same thing on a few of my toms. Everything else looks ok so I'm hoping this won't affect the general overall health of the tomato.
