Which tomato plants can I grow in an Old Rose Garden as companion plants? I know about the sprawling tomato plants. I am interested in the small / medium size trouble free (no spreading, non-invasive, etc.) tomato plants that will not get lanky but will keep its shape and be attractive in an Old Rose Garden and not a distraction.

Check out dwarf tomatoes like Iditarod Red and Summertime Gold. They are compact, non-sprawling plant. Daren

Not sure what you mean by "trouble free" tomato plants. I've never heard of anyone growing tomato plants for their attractiveness. Most grow them for fruit, not eye appeal. Even the most healthy and pest free plants look pretty ragged by the end of the season.
