My tomato plant is withering away even with big healthy fruit

Hi all,

First time poster here. I started to grow tomatoes this past year. I've got some two better boys, one roma and one cherokee purple in a 4 x 4 raised bed. It may be a bit packed, but the plants have grown well. Back in June, the entire garden got raided by some deer and we lost everything. We now have a fence around the bed, and the tomatoes have come back again.

However, on my cherokee purple, i've noticed that all the leaves have withered away. There are only some green leaves at the top of the plant. There are nice plump fruit on the vines, but almost no leaves to support them. What's going on? All I've done is water and fertilize (Tomato Tone) from time to time? Did I fertiilze too much? Or too little/much water? Or is this a disease of some sort?

I'm including a picture.

Thanks in advance.
