Growing Tomatoes

Red outside, green inside

I have 2 different cherry plants and 1 olive tomato plant. All 3 have the same problem, red outside, green inside with a sour taste. I've never had this problem in 30 years of gardening and I'm afraid that my larger varieties might have the same problem when they begin to ripen. Any suggestions?

P.S. It's been a very cool summer in the Chicago area. Thanks
