Tomato plant not producing fruit

I live in Tampa, FL and have a 2ft high Tamato plant that has plenty of yellow flowers on it but it does not seem to produce fruit. I looked at the flowers once they are opened and the center is always closed and I am unable to get into the center to hand polinate. The foliage is nice and green and growing well.

It has been a hot summer here with temps over 90 degrees. I feed Tomatoe Tone every 2 weeks.

Any ideas?
