| Some tomato growers limit the amount of vegetation per plant by pruning. Does this reduce root growth or do the roots continue to expand? |

| I don;t think anyone can say that the roots expand, no way to determine that, but they most definitely remain functional lest all those who prune plants, I don't, would have plants that would not continue to thrive. Carolyn |
