Can you please help me identify this problem. I'm located in the DFW area. Tomato varieties are Celebrity and Solar Fire. The problem is ocurring on the bottom half of all plants and seems to start at the bottom and work it's way up, encircling the entire plant, not one side. I have a few spider mites, but they are mostly under control. Thanks in advance, Dave
Follow-Up Postings:

D...on older plants this is common towards the bottom of a plant. Try not to get these leaves wet when watering. It usually is not a big problem.
|
Either b. wilt or v. wilt. Yes, starts at bottom and works its way up. Just remove the affected foiliage, and I always recommend spraying with a fungicide.

Thanks for the responses on this!

Another opinion: Doubt it's a disease. Likely environmental. Some of the damage looks to be due to drying out. Remove the seriously affected bottom leaves
