I grew four different tomatoes this year, in a small greenhouse in 10 gallon pots. Sungold, Sweet Million, Shirley and Gardeners Delight. It was a warm summer here in England, and there were at least 150 fruits on each plant. I was so excited as the last couple of summers were washouts for toms. The Sungold were amazing, absolutely delicious and perfect balance between sweet and acid. The others were....blah. I didn't do anything different to the others and I have grown Gardeners delight before and they have been superb. I just don't know where I went wrong. Perhaps I watered them a bit too much when it was very warm? Or did I not feed them enough? What do you think?
