Does grafting affect determinacy?

Hello everyone this is my first post here.

I plan to graft tomatoes and was wondering if this has any affect on whether the plant will be determinate or indeterminate? Thanks.

I don't graft tomatoes, but as far as I remember it's the scion that's the primary determinate of plant habit as to det or indet.
