heat tolerate paste varieties

Hello gardenweb,

I have been searching for a paste tomato for hot climates. I haven't had luck with romas. This season I am going to test out Amish paste, Chico III, and san marazano. I use chicken manure with wood ashes and a teaspoon of Epsom salt when planting along with my compost. Then I alternate liquid seaweed and John droomgles liquid fertilizer throughout the growing season. usually in two to three week intervals. if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear it. or if any one knows of any varieties that will be candidates for sauces or canning.
Thanks and happy new year to everyone

Joseph
