requesting info on braconios & trichogramma wasps

i have had some problems in the past with horn worms and i'm very interested in these wasps that i've heard about. i'm woundering how long into the season before these wasps do there duty? can you purchase these wasps? will they become a problem with children or animals? also when and how to use them. thanks in advance

These are very small, non-stinging wasps which don't affect humans in any way.

Yes, you can buy them. But you can get good results against the hornworms with frequent search-and-destroy excursions in your tomao patch.
