Help - all of my seedlings are suddenly dying

This is my first year at this - growing indoors with heat mats, grow lights.. everything had been growing so well until the bottom leaves started to yellow.. I had some purple underneath the leaves.. and then the top leaves yellowed and now are turning brown - they all look pitiful! Any advice? I attached pictures of the spots/yellowing on their leaves..
