I got my first critter today in my indoor plants and I am not sure what it was. It took about half my true leaf off one of my more promising plants. Made 3-4 holes about the size of a tooth pick (if you stabbed it through) Was 1/10 the size of a piece of minute made rice and was brownish/black (hard to see exact color)

Any suggestions as to what he could be? I did some searches but most the bugs mentioned looked nothing like what I saw. I am thinking it might be a early stage.
