Transferring Fusarium Wilt

| Maybe this topic is best in the general pest/ disease forum, but I thought I might get more knowledge here as this is near and dear to the hearts of tomato growers. I will be moving from my home soon where I have fusarium wilt in my soil. I've been reading for hours online and can't find a definitive answer to this question: Do I throw away all of my garden tools, tomato cages, shoes that have been in the garden, etc? It seems wasteful, but I don't want to transfer it to anyone else's garden or to my new home. I'm wondering if this is the only thing I can do. Anyone know? |

| A thorough cleaning with a 10% bleach solution will remove any pathogen/organism from any surface. It is good practice to clean tools even in good conditions. |
