tomato leaf roll and droopy/yellowing leaves, help!

I am growing three varieties of tomato down in my basement, striped stuffer, pink ponderosa, and Manitoba. All of them except for the manitobas do not look well and have drooping/yellowing leaves. One of the striped stuffer plants has leaves who's edges are curling up and in towards their centres.

I currently have some of the plants in three inch pots, some in plastic cups that are about the same size. Most of the plants are about 8 inches tall, could they just need transplanting?

Do they have a disease? Do they have the dreaded verticillium or fusarium fungi? Or do they just need transplanting?

I have put ALOT of time and effort and money into growing these plants and help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!
