systemic spray on my veggies

I accidentally sprayed my garden vegetable plants(tomatoes and peppers) with a bayer spray that is meant for flowers, trees and lawns. It is early spring here in san antonio and i have no edible veggies not even small ones but i have been told by bayer that my garden is a goner for at least a year from the time i sprayed. i used the bayer 3 in 1 instead of the vegetable and fruit spray. My gardens are all raised beds, thanks for any info anyone can provide
