yellow leaf & brown spot (grey wilt?)

The pic im sending is Yelloe leaves (Roma). Brown spot. Low budget & many more Baby Roma's, on hand. Grey spot is closest pic I found. I am using H.Manure compost/ oak leaves, turnt thru winter (Berkeley 18 day method). All other plants close & far are ok. Cept those TINY holes are on some potatoes at other end of yard. Diatomaceus Earth is my only insecticide. Low budget. I need to identify. Here's good pic's THANKS
