How are they doing now? This looks like bacterial speck to me. It is odd though that you would have it only 1 week after putting out your tomatoes. Did you grow them from seed or purchase starters? Has it been cool and wet where you are? Bacterial speck prefers those conditions.

This early in the season it would more likely be insect damage - maybe someone else can chime in with another opinion.
