strange greenhouse problem

Hello everyone, my husband built me a greenhouse last year, we had an enormous amount of tomatoes last year. I planted my tomatoes and they seemed to get stronger and stronger. At some point the temperature dropped to 32F after 67F and I was not home to close the greenhouse roof. One more thing I have fertilized them with some organic fertilizer, deluted it as it was said on the cover, it was meant especially for matoes, but also my sister told me to dig in fish through out the whole greenhouse for tomatoes to feed on. And I did. Now after my matoes were so gorgeous and strong, dark green stems and very bushy, something happened and for the past 2 weeks they were dying, one plant is already brown, bottoms leaves fell off, the other ones are still struggling but also dying. On the other side of my green house I have peppers growing and they seem to survive fine. They are strong and green. So what is going on? It is my second year or gardening. Thanks, Alina D.
