I think that I have the same thing. Very small (mine looked smaller) winged critters.

Does someone out there have a recipe for insecticidal soap? I have a little one, and would prefer not to use the dust.

Difficult to see details.

But definitely not a flea beetle as was suggested in your post #2.

Where do you live? It helps in IDing. Some bugs are only found in certain areas.

Do you have an extension office near by--they could ID it for you if no one recognizes it.
