I notice that you are a newly registered member. Welcome.

Provide some more info on you member page like where do you live - Alaska, Hawaii, or Maine. Helps in diagnosing problems.

My best guess #1 is a flea beetle, #2 aphid or vice versa because I think I got them reversed.

A light sprinkling of Sevin or Rotenone dust will cure the problem.

Sevin kills bees. Not just the bee that visits your garden, but all the bees in the beehive when that bee returns to the colony. Try something else.

This rosey fellow is an aphid. Squish it/them.
