Silvery tannish sheen to leaves

I'm a long-time gardener who decided to do things right when I moved into my new house, building raised beds and mixing sand, clay and 1 year old aged horse manure in with ironite, pelleted slow-action fertilizer and bonemeal. All the years I grew in basically just clay (and a little garden soil around the plants), they did fine. This year, my tomato plants have been out for a week now and a few are starting to get a faint tan tint to some parts of the leaves, with almost a silvery sheen to it. There's no dark spots or holes involved, though.

It's not fusarium, I've had that before at the old house. It's starting at the top, so it's not verticillium either. It's not sunscald, because it's been rainy the last week. Am I overfeeding, or is this a disease of some sort?
