yet another sos - id needed

We've had some very unexpected batch of terrible weather - daily 44 f lows and 56 f highs, with constant rain for 4 consecutive days, during which my tomatoes were flooded (slow draining soil). I've found some damage on leaves and i'm not sure if its plain environmental due to bad weather or some form of bacterial speck (or similar) forming.

New growth is (from what i could observe) not affected, but most of the leaves from bottom to top are (plants are still relatively young with 4-5 leaf branches up to top new growth). In most of the cases i would just remove the affected leaves but i'm afraid if i do that in this case, there wont be enough left for photosynthesis.

Can you tell me if this is environmental or bacterial/viral damage? If its the latter i'm afraid i'll have to pull out "(

Thanks,

Djole
