septoria leaf spot

i have had septoria leaf spot for the past 4 years.i rotate my plants,never water from above,mulch,trim the lower leaves,use fungicide and still have the disease show up at end of july to mid august.i thought about trying weed fabric as a barrier and much on top of that?

Have you searched the Cornell university website they have some good info.

It says that most of the time the disease overwinters in garden debris. The pathogen can also overwinter on solanaceous weeds IE...jimsonweed horsenettle, smooth groundcherry, black nightshade. And, some think the seed can carry it, so don't seed save.

You might try Daconil too.
