Help identify spots on leaves, stems Photos attached

One week old plantings in new raised bed with 20 cubic feet of new sterilized soil. Full sun, watering daily at base only. Spots appeared on second day. Should these plants be replaced? They were sold by local large garden store, tomato name is "100".
