Something took a fairly large chunk out of one of my tomato plants. A few weeks ago something did the same thing to a potato plant too. I am doubtful that this was a horn worm, as there probably would have been more damage (I had them last year and they did some major damage). O both plants, it did not bit all the way through, but enough to cause the plant to fall over :( it was about an inch long and about half way thought the stem in both cases.... Rabbit? Beetle? I live in northern IN if that helps...thanks!
