small bugs all over my earthbox celebrity

spraying with daconil today and noticed what looked like little green flies of some sort all over the plant, they reacted when i sprayed them with the daconil but i know it wont kill them. also noticed blooms that appear to have been eaten on or something because there are a bunch that arent setting fruit. could that just be the heat or could these little flies cause that to happen?

Uh oh, wonder if they could be Tomato Plant Bug? Funny thing is Honu in Hawaii had asked about these pests and I found some info on them but had never seen them. Few days ago while ripping out all my plants (end of the season) noticed these green bugs all over the plants. They are not flies (diptera) but they are in the hemiptera family.

I am posting a link --they are GREEN BUGS but the color in the photos seems off. I have looked at them under a microscope and definately sort of lime green. You can easily pick off a small branch and put in a container. They stay right on it. Put it in the fridge and later take to extension to ID if possible.
