White Spots on Tomato plants?

Hi everyone, I've recently begun to notice that almost all of my tomato plants are developing these white patches on some of their leaves. The white patches are speckled with black dots but I can't seem to discern any insect activity. I actually noticed this on a few of my plants a while back but thought nothing much of it, chalking it up to leaf wear and tear, but now it seems to have spread.

They're all currently in containers with Fox Farm Ocean Forest potting soil. I haven't added any fertilizer since they sprouted about 5 months ago (perhaps nutrient deficiency is the issue?) though I recently potted up a few with fresh potting soil and the spots have lingered. I'm planning to transplant them into the garden soon and am hoping that this is just a minor issue that can easily be corrected. I've uploaded some images below to help identify the problem.

I can upload more images if need be in the future. Any and all help would be much appreciated, thanks!
