Tomato leaves curling & slightly purple

I bought 2 hawaiian pineapple plants that were grafted on to disease resistant root stock. I transplanted them 6 weeks ago (we had great weather here in the bay area of CA).

I planted them next to each other. One plant is thriving with a lot of new growth and everything is healthy. The other plant isn't growing, the leaves are curling, and the undersides are purple. They are in the same soil, which was amended in January as the soil report instructed (here's the soil test I had done after adding 6 inches of compost to the soil)

Here are 2 pictures, one is a close up on the bad plant.
The other is a picture of the good plant (and on the far left, you can see the leaves of the bad plant).

My main concern: if this is a virus I need to know to rip up the plant. If this is not a virus, I'd hate to destroy a plant that just needs some TLC.

Here's the 2nd picture of the good tomato plant (same type, also grafted).

Same issue with a couple of my toms. Cannot figure out what it is. Any ideas?
