Please help diagnose my mater trouble! Pics Included

Hey Guys. I planted 2 yellow pear tomatoes, 6 small cherry tomatoes, and 6 better bush tomato plants in containers on my deck. All of my better bush plants have leaves near the bottom of the plant turning yellow with brown spots. This is spreading to my yellow pear plants too. So far the cherry tomatoes don't have the problem. I have pine straw in the top of the containers to keep from splashing water on the leaves when I water. Whats going on with my tomatoes??? Fungus? We've had a lot of rain here in Central Ga. lately. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
